Samsung Electronics has formed a new partnership with Netflix to bring an elevated viewing experience to millions of users worldwide. This collaboration will merge Netflix’s extensive collection of films and TV shows with Samsung’s advanced HDR10+ technology, available on the 2025 Neo QLED, OLED, and Lifestyle TVs, as well as select 2024 monitor models.

In a statement, Taeyong Son, Executive Vice President of Samsung’s Visual Display Business, explained, “HDR10+ is changing the way we enjoy content, offering deeper contrast and vibrant colors that bring a cinematic quality to our screens.”

Samsung is excited to offer this experience to Netflix’s 300 million-plus global members, with plans to expand HDR10+ technology across its product lineup and the broader streaming space. HDR10+ is a next-generation high dynamic range system created by Samsung that optimizes picture quality by adjusting brightness and contrast dynamically from scene to scene. This guarantees the clearest and most detailed images, staying true to the creator’s artistic vision.

With this integration, Netflix’s HDR10+ content will be available on the 2025 Samsung Neo QLED, OLED, and Lifestyle TVs, as well as select monitor models from 2024 and 2025. Future models will also support HDR10+. Samsung’s commitment to expanding HDR10+ support through ongoing collaborations with industry partners promises to make this immersive experience even more widely available.
